Due to the global pandemic we are not accepting any returns or exchanges to make sure we are up to par with our sanitary guidelines. In the case where your item is damaged, please contact us with photos or videos of the issue at email@example.com within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right for you.
We do not accept any cancellations. Once an order is placed it automatically starts the fulfillment process.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. Please send us photos or videos within 48 hours of delivery if your order is incorrect or damaged.
In the case where your order was damaged or there was an issue...We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
